How we got the whimsy
As young children and teens, we found ourselves doodling and sketching on any piece of paper in front of us. At that point in life it wasn’t very helpful and just got us in trouble with our school teachers if anything.
Growing up, there wasn’t really a place or use for the skills we gained through the years. Until one night when we decided to try and sell our art as stickers and apparel. We hope you can find something you or maybe someone you know will like :))

We are Kris and Cali, the owners behind WhimsicalASF! We have known each other since middle school and always had a passion for art in every form. From band to theatre to technical design, we always showed up. We enjoy a multitude of things now such as exploring local creeks, making art projects for our home, and playing instruments. We try to make it a point to find joy in the small things in life (such as tiny acorn hats). Our main goal is to make art our full-time job so we can spread a little bit of what makes us happy with the world!
A lil about Kris~
I never really had anything I aspired to do in school, other than building racecars(lol). I always found myself doodling, whether to pass the time, or just as an outlet to let my creativity go a little more. I’ve never really been into the traditional pen and paper though. I’ve always gravitated more towards digital.
A lil about Cali~
Passionate about art after high school, I went on to start a Bachelor’s of Art in college. Unfortunately, living in a small town, I was discouraged about art as a career. I still found time to pursue it on the side just for fun time to time but it wasn’t until moving to Austin with Kris that I decided to pursue it full time again. I enjoy mainly traditional art and prefer to use inking or watercolor as mediums. :)
